Car Seat Laws

Children must ride in a car seat until at least 40 lbs. Must ride in a booster until age 7, or until 80 lbs AND 4’9”.


To legally drive a car in Canada, you’ll need a driver’s license issued by the government of your province or territory. You must have it with you whenever you’re driving.

Transportation Services

The pedestrian-only village is designed for strolling, while the wider Whistler area is interconnected by the Valley Trail, a paved cycling and walking path. Whistler Transit System buses are equipped with ski and bike racks.
