London is such an exciting city for families to explore together. For those looking for a touristy vacation and wanting to see as many big sites as they can, purchasing the London Pass can be a great money-saving option. This works best if you can plan out your itinerary in advance so you can compare pricing and see if it will be worth it for your trip. Here are all the London Pass details you need before your family trip.
How Does it Work?
The London Pass is a digital sightseeing pass that you can download on your phone for entry into 80+ attractions in the city. You can also add an Oyster travelcard for access to the London Underground, buses and more. You can purchase a pass for 1, 2, 3, 6 or 10 consecutive days.

Over 80 attractions are included in the price of the London Pass. Some of them include:
- Tower of London (normally £28)

- LEGOLAND Windsor Resort (normally £60)
- Thames River Boat Cruise (normally £19)
- The View from the Shard (normally £32)
- London Zoo (normally £23)
- Kensington Palace (normally £20)
What is the Cost?
The pricing of the London Pass is dependent on the number of days you are purchasing it for.
- 1 Day Pass – Adults are £75 and Children are £54

- 6 Day Pass (save 18%) – Adults are £139 and Children are £104
There is an additional cost if you add on the TravelCard, and you can also review pricing for the 2 Day and 10 Day passes on the London Pass website. You can also occasionally find a discount on their website depending on the time of year.
Are There Other Benefits?
The London Pass comes with a comprehensive 175+ page digital guidebook packed with London travel information and tips, as well as maps for the London Tube, bus and more. Purchasing the London Pass also gives you a range of discounts on restaurants, entertainment and shops around the city. You can even skip the lines at many attractions!
