Located nearby, you can also take your kids to the Tet Paul Nature Trail, where a 45-minute hike rewards you with sweeping views of the island. Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing at Soufriere Beach and after, you can fuel up with authentic Caribbean food at Martha’s Table.

Arrive at Splash Island Water Park bright and early so the whole family has plenty of time to take advantage of the expansive open-water sports park. From there, you can take a walk along Reduit Beach and decide between the various lunch spots in the area, among them Liz Roti, a local favorite. Not only is Reduit Beach one of the best things to do in St. Lucia with kids, but it is also near the Rodney Bay Marina. Then, be sure to save some time to cleanse the day off at Sulphur Springs, St. Lucia’s very own drive-in volcano and mineral bath site. Conclude with dinner at The Mango Tree – if it’s Thursday, kids can eat chicken whilst being mesmerized by the live acrobatic and fire-blowing performances.
